Our Journey & Milestones
The Northern Branch was officially opened in Gelugor, Penang, further expanding ATC’s nationwide footprint. As of 2025, ATC, ATT, and ARRA operate collectively under one integrated ecosystem, managing over 3,000 projects and daily works nationwide. This milestone reflects the group’s commitment to excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous growth in delivering reliable traffic management and construction-related services across Malaysia.
Arra Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (ARRA) was established to support ATC’s growing operations and management requirements. ARRA plays a key role in strengthening corporate governance, administrative efficiency, and strategic management across the group of companies.
The company was rebranded from Active Traffic Services (ATS) to Active Traffic Construction (ATC). This rebranding reflected the company’s evolution and broader involvement in traffic management, construction support services, and integrated road safety solutions, aligning the brand with its expanded scope and long-term vision.
To cater to increasing demand on the East Coast, the East Coast Branch was officially opened in Kuantan, Pahang. This expansion enabled the company to provide faster response times, improved project coordination, and localized support for clients across the eastern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
Active Traffic Trading (ATT) was established to support the growing operational needs of ATS. This strategic move strengthened supply chain management, resource availability, and operational efficiency, further enhancing the company’s position within the construction and traffic management sector.
Active Traffic Services Sdn. Bhd. (ATS) was founded in February 2015 and incorporated under the Companies Act 1965. The company commenced operations by providing professional traffic management and road safety services to support infrastructure and construction projects. ATS successfully delivered its first major project, the Upgrading of Jalan Hospital, Precinct 9, Putrajaya (2015–2016), in collaboration with Cypark Resources Sdn. Bhd. marking the beginning of its industry presence.
