Account Assistant

  • Financial Record Keeping:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Update and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports.
    Transaction Processing:
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
  • Support the preparation of bank deposits and reconciliations.
    Assistance with Month-End Close:
  • Help prepare month-end financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
  • Provide support during audits by organizing and preparing necessary documentation.
    Data Entry and Maintenance:
  • Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    Assistance with Financial Analysis:
  • Help prepare reports on financial performance and variances.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
    Qualifications:
  • Associate’s diploma /degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an assistant role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Admin Assistant

  • Provides administrative support for efficient office operations.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answers phone calls, directs callers, schedules appointments, signs for packages, and assists visitors.
  • Responds to emails and other digital correspondence.
  • Drafts and edits documents.
  • Inputs and updates data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinates with maintenance and vendors for office equipment and supplies.
  • Supports management staff and colleagues as needed.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Meets deadlines and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Maintains a positive and professional image for the organization.

    • Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information
    • Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Email & etc..

    • High school diploma or equivalent, in any field.
    • Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting a plus
