Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for traffic management projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and controlled effectively.
• Tendering Process: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and quotations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Contract Administration: Manage and administer contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions, and resolving disputes.
• Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to support project management and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MRICS) are advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with specific experience in traffic management projects being highly desirable.
