Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets.
Tendering: Assist in tender preparation and evaluation.
Contract Administration: Manage contracts and resolve disputes.
Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts.
Project Monitoring: Track progress and recommend cost-saving measures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate financial and contract records.
Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislation and safety regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in the construction industry, especially in traffic management projects.
- Skills: Strong analytical, cost estimation, and budget management skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of construction contracts and traffic management regulations.
- Abilities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
